James Edward Estate Agents

We designed an Estate Agents in Highbury, so it looked like a mid-century conversion of a Victorian living room, rather than an office. We did this was to make people feel welcome and relaxed, but also because being an estate agent is all about being aspirational, so why not show what can be achieved.

We persuaded the client to think about the shop window differently too, because people don’t look in estate agents windows now to find a property. They look online, so we designed something to attract peoples attention instead. We built a scale model of an imaginary part of London, similar to Highbury. It has a village green feel about it, but when you look closer you can see the models doing subversive things like stealing a bike, getting drunk or sunbathing naked! There is even a working train!
